Do grades work for this plugin? We haven't been able to get any grades pushed to the gradebook in our testing.

Hello, I'm trying to install this plugin but I have the following error: Connection failed - please check credentials.
I have a Blackboard Collaborate with Ultra experience licence, in the url
entry: https://ca.bbcollab.com/collab/ui/scheduler/session and variants like https://ca.bbcollab.com, ca.bbcollab.com, but always is the same error in Moodle 2.9 and 3.0
Do I have to do some additional configuration?

It seems the link : https://en-us.help.blackboard.com/Collaborate/v12/Administrator/Integrations/Moodle_Module_for_Web_Conferencing_Configuration_Guide
refers to the classical Collaborate version, not the Ultra one.

Please note that the "More documentation on this plugin" link in the "Useful Links" section above is broken. When I click on it I arrive at a page which says:

The overall coding style is clear and easy to follow. I enjoyed reviewing the advanced coding patterns used in the plugin.
