Hello, will there be a version that supports moodle 4.5 soon? We are encountering errors when a student requests a course and then notifications to the teacher when a user has requested the course are not being sent out. Thank you!

It does send emails, but emails are not sent automatically. You will need to go into the course > participants > enrolment methods > Course enrol confirmation, you will find a new icon for "Manage application". Any selection and application will send emails.

I installed the last plugin version and notice that when a user/student submits the request to enroll in any course, the notification by email/web is not send, is this correct or do I need to do some other configuration?

It would be nice to have the email sent to users who are asking for enrollment with a link to the course or a setting to switch it on/off instead of the course title only.

Hello Flotter,
This is a nice plugin, it's working on Moodle 4.3 very well along with notifications. The only thing is that I hoped that when a user registers for enrollment they could receive the "defer" message automatically considering the application is deferred by default. There could be a setting in the setting page to make automatic or manual, if you like it to be more controlled.

@Royce: Thank you, this is a difficult to spot, potentially annoying bug. We will fix it.

@Flotter from what I discovered it is the start date of the course that is the issue. If the course start date is in the future, the emails to notifiy of someone requesting access will no go out. As soon as you change the start date to the past, it sends all of the emails for the requests.
