The Filtered Course List block displays a configurable list of courses. It is intended as a replacement for the My Courses block, although both may be used. It is maintained by the Collaborative Liberal Arts Moodle Project (CLAMP).

I second Helder's suggestion for the ability to filter by course completion. It is a feature much in demand by trainers who have users complete courses but keep them enrolled in them afterwards so they have future access to the content. It is very common.
I see this as a filter just like the "Current" Future" and "Other" branch in the menu in the screenshot: there would be one called "Completed courses" and any courses that for this user that are still 1) available 2) enrolled in, and 3) have course completion marked, then they would automatically go there instead of in "Current".
Customizations by the user such as drag-n-drop ordering or sorting (like in the Dashboard now) would be nice, but not vital.

That is not currently a feature of this plugin, though it's an intersting idea. Are you imagining this as an admin setting? A user setting?
CLAMP is the "Collaborative Liberal Arts Moodle Project," and anyone who is interested can read more about it at:

Thanks Kevin for sharing the block with the community. I really like the provided functionality and the robust way how it is implemented. If I was still the university teacher and the Moodle administrator, this is exactly what I would be looking for. So I am happy to give this plugin our "Reviewers' choice" award now
I left just couple of suggestions for further improvements of the block in your issues tracker. You are cleared to land now, welcome to the Plugins directory!
