Considering this for our upgrade from 1.9 to 2.3. Is there a demo site I can view to see how it displays on mobile devices?

This is a fabulous clean theme. The user's picture and the language selector were items I needed. Thank you!

This is a very nice theme.

I love it how it shows the user's picture as a photograph in the "you are logged in as [user]" on the top right.
