Hi there! I just installed it for Moodle 3.8 and I having problems downloading a full course that includes scorm packages, mp4 videos and pdfs. The download button just show me the topics selected but it didn´t show their contents. Is like it can´t view the files "inside" the topic. All the topics are visible and without restrictions. Any recomendation? Thanks!
PD: In the same course I included a Folder Resource that includes some of the files and in this case the downloader shows it ok and I can download it. The problem is the topics sections.

Hi your tool is really great.
It would be cool if you could add a role manager. We could choose in the (main) settings which roles are allowed to download or not the files. In our situation we would like to prohibit the use of this module to students, only the teachers could download the files.
I hope that the function is not already existing that I missed during my research.
We just published a version of the Downloadcenter for Moodle 3.5.

Dear Antony, our developer checked the recommendations and we tested four different file sources, each as alias, including File System repository and it works with all four files, tested as a student as well. We are not able to reproduce your problem with the alias/shortcut thing. It would be great if you could give us more details where exactly you have problems or you would see an improvement opportunity. MAybe even a step-by-step guide how we could recreate the same situation you have.
Thanks. Katarzyna Potocka
