AJAX Marking Block

Same as the last version, but with another change for the AMOS lang string system.

AMOS compatible, hopefully. Otherwise same as the last version.

This seems to work for 2.4, but is marked as Beta because I have not extensively tested it (very short on time right now). Please file any bugs you find in the tracker and I'll take a look.

This version has a whole load of rewritten code to make big performance improvements on large sites. Now tested up to 50,000 users with sub 100ms response times from the DB. Also fixes a problem with quiz grading windows not closing after grading. Also adds support for the ULCC Coursework module.

This is the first release for Moodle 2.3, which adds support for the new assignment module and includes some quite extensive internal refactorings so that the code quality can be verified using unit tests. This is a maintenance release that will fix an error that people who installed at version 2.1.1 have been having.

Code to make errors show up on screen when developer debugging is on. better handling of connection errors.
