I am reviewing your premium theme. I've been using an older version of Moove on 3.9 and I have two questions about the new theme on Moodle 4.1:
1) Where has the ability to have an image at the top of the course page gone? This was a great feature and my clients will be very disappointed with the loss. Is there a way to put this feature back in for Moodle 4.1?
2) Why does the footer now move up the page? It really should be outside the page wrapper so it can be moved to the bottom of every page - instead it jumps up on short pages and looks ugly. Will this be rectified?
I really need the courses to look less bland than they do right now - it is bad enough that Moodle has changed the topics format to what it is without losing the course image as well. I would prefer to use a theme that allows for this so can it be put back in? Thank you for your time.
In Moodle 3.11, the Moove theme allows for the login box to appear on the front page. With Moodle 4.1 I cannot see an option to do this, which means the user has an extra click to go through to get to the login screen, which someone has pointed out to me, appears to be a step back rather than forwards.
Am I missing something?
Is there an easy way to add the login box back onto the front page?
Hi, Moove premium works with Moodle 4.2+?
Hello, I want to use Moove Premium for our new 4.2 Moodle Site but there's one single problem I can't solve.
Using Google fonts is not possible in germany (at least in schools) because of data protection issues. Is there a possibility to completely deactivate them and use the default moodle fonts? Maybe I can install them locally but I can't find the file referring to the Google-site.
Thank you very much for any help.
@Dave Hi Dave. Of course. I tried with the bost theme and the fields are displayed perfectly. I don't know if it's a code problem or some additional configuration of the theme
@Hernan - is there data in the fields you are looking at? The standard behaviour of Moodle (and this is not a Moove issue), is if the text field is empty, it doesn't show it at all on the profile - it only shows the fields that have something in them.
Hello, I'm using version 4.1.3 of Moodle and version 4.1.1 of the Moove theme. I added custom user data fields and configured them to be visible. However, when I go to the user profile, they don't show up. Please Help me! Thanks
I'm check all data from this user and not found any hidden character or others problems. I worry because it could happen to other users when the course is released.
Ok, I'm not saying you didn't, but double check it isn't a hidden character from a copy+paste.
Also, double check his email, also for this type of character error and for malformation.
Hello Helder, thanks to reply. No special characters in this user.
Did you check for special characters in the shortname, fullname or username?
Error reading from database for a specific user only
We encountered a weird concern today, a user encounters the error "Error reading from database" everytime he logs in. As per the user ever since the other day this has been the case for him.
We just recently upgraded our Moodle to version 3.11, the other day. From my end, I can access and log in to the site without any errors and there are no other reports from other users.
Using any other theme, like the classic one, the problem doesn't happen.
The Moove theme is our default, so we need to troubleshoot.
Greetings
Hi! How can i change word "ЧаВо" on Russian language back to "FAQ"?
Hi all I'm looking to add a dropdown menu of courses a person is enrolled, I've used Filtercodes but the menu is coming out horizontal instead of vertical and the course aren't link they only show the url. I'm using Moodle 4.1 with Moove 4.1 theme
Hi Carlos, the premium version has extras features like one to remove the orange footer with my credits.
You can only change the footer colors using a custom CSS. The theme has a field where you can add your CSS.
