Kindly update the Turnitin plugin for Moodle 4.3.1. Recently updated our Moodle to version 4.3.1 and the turnitin plugin is not working well. The EULA terms and conditions pop window does not appear when clicked. Due to this, users are not able to bypass the EULA screen to the add submission screen. Kindly fix this ASAP

Hi David,
We are using this Turnitin plugin on our Moodle site version 3.5. One of our courses has just started getting an error saying:
turnitintooltwo/Could not update Turnitin Class data
Message: Class CourseSection not found.
Are you able to help me fix to this problem?

Hi Ishani,
I can confirm that the block works on 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 now. We haven't had to make any code changes to support these versions of Moodle so there is no new version required.

We don't officially support this in 3.2 or 3.1, however if you should encounter any issues using it in 3.2 then please let us know. We will be looking into official support for this in 3.1 and 3.2 when we do our 3.3 testing.

Just wondering if this will work seamlessly with Moodle 3.2 ? Has any one tested on it yet and faced any issues? Or do we have an official release for 3.2 supported version coming soon ?

Hi Ilya, it means that the Turnitin class you are looking at in the list is already linked to a Moodle course.

Can anyone explain what is the meaning of "Linked to Moodle" column and why those instances that are linked to Moodle are not selectable in Turnitin Class Migration ?

Hi Aziz, can you contact product support about this. They'll guide you through configuring the plugin correctly.
You should be entering the secret key you entered on the integartions dashboard on turnitin.com or turnitinuk.com

Hi john. I already installed turnitin and mod plugin on my moodle, but i've got problems when i try to enter the password on turnitin shared key. I already put the right password that the administrator gave. Could you please help me?

Hi Rob, yes it should, I'm using it in 3.0 and haven't encountered any problems. We are adding a feature to it so will be releasing an upgrade soon which we'll tag as supporting 3.0.
