I just tested current version with latest Moodle 3.2 and it all worked fine.
Can you try to get more info about Error 500 from your logs? Maybe that way we can find what's causing the problem for you.
I have now uploaded a new version compatible with Moodle 3.0.
I have uploaded a new version now. I have tested it on Moodle 2.6 and it seems to work fine.
Please try and let me know if you find any issues.

And @timothy. Ask your tutor.
I downloaded and installed the last version of signup. I am using Moodle 2.2+. Installation went fine. However I could not make it work. I tried also AutoEnrol and it didn't work either.
Is there something I have done wrong?
It was this: Default length of time that the enrolment is valid (in seconds). If set to zero, the enrolment duration will be unlimited by default.
There is a difference between leaving blank and putting in a zero....
I did enable it in the course that i want automatic enrolment in.
When users log in (through self registration with limited domains) they get the message " You cannot enrol yourself in this course"
Is there anything in the set up I'm doing wrong? ( I don't think it is a bug)
Tx
Not sure what your problem might be. I have tested it with Moodle 2.3.1 also, and it is working fine for me.
with Moodle 2.3.1 and the release 0.3, I have a 404 page when I try to set an enrol method.
