Boost has some issues with the modal dialog windows.
They are too small and dropdown lists with many elements, like tags for example, will not fit and you get a double scroll which cancel each other when trying to scroll to see the whole list.
We are working with this fantastic theme!
It really is a great advance! Good job!!
It is the first theme that makes us consider stopping working with Boost + custom css. We greatly appreciate the quick updates with every new Moodle release.
As new features or customizations we would love to see a set of look adjustment possibilities (widths, heights, gaps, padding, etc.)
Some new features of the LearnR child theme are very interesting too...
Thank you for promoting the use of grandchild themes. I just saw this and I am looking at converting LearnR to a Boost Union grandchild theme for a future release. You have an outstanding theme with Boost Union!
I have a query regarding H5P content. The theme allows custom css styles, though when testing I believe the css settings only effect the H5P activity module (https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_hvp), not the core H5P content bank version and core H5P activity which is now shipping with more recent versions of Moodle (I think 3.10 onwards). However, I use my own approach to add support for the core H5P content within child themes. My approach adds custom css files, which are self-generated per H5P library that is installed, which gives a great fine-grained approach to css customisation. I have also successfully edited your boost union theme to include support for my approach, and I would like to communicate with your development team to explore the potential of adding this to your theme; and to confirm that your H5P css customisation settings only work with the hvp_mod activity only (and not the new core H5P).

We are current running Moodle at Version 4.2.1+(Build: 20230707).
Great theme- does it allow for removal/turn off of the Course Index? Thanks
Hello, do you have an estimated date for version 4.2? Thanks.
How where can i Change or customize the color of the section
There will be a 4.2 version soon.
Otherwise what Alex said applies: commendation and reviews are appreciated her; for issues and requests, please open an issue on https://github.com/moodle-an-hochschulen/moodle-theme_boost_union/issues
Would be great to know a version for Moodle 4.2 will be out soon smile .
Is it possible to use the Flavours on a commercial theme?
The new feature of static pages for help and contact are great. It would be even better if there was an option to restrict access to the sites to logged in users and to be able to choose whether or not to display the links on the login page.
This is excellent. There should be more "tick-box" controls added to this theme whereby admin can make minor tweaks and alterations to CSS classes, such as removing some of the excessive "white space" between elements on the screen. Of course, things like font-size settings for individually separated elements, re: h3 on the course page, h3 on the lesson page, h3 on the quiz page, etc. as an example. Give us control of individual element on pages vs the globally applied CSS that doesn't allow that.
Thanks for bringing back a lot of useful features from Boost Campus and Moodle 3.x to Moodle 4.x. Exceptionally great for all users who miss the next-/previous-buttons to easily navigate between activities in 4.0! Very happy to get them back this way.
