The site (http://www.live-school.net/ ) is offline. Thanks!

sent more info on helpdesk ticket.
waiting your approbation
MOOD is an english common name, so you don't have any copyright of this name and should be ok.
As I said in the helpdesk, if you simply move the web site to moodle.live-school.net or live-school.net/moodle (or something like that) then it would be a lot better and we'll be really happy to help you with the code, and give you a guarantee of no further problems about this.
Right now approving your trademark infringement would prevent me from starting anything called "Live Moodle" or even "Moodle Live" and that is not something I am willing to give up.

also the plugin is called LIVE-MOOD, not live-moodle.
Also for now there are no profits planned with live-mood, and I'm ready to offer moodle as free hosting and use live-moodle only for teachers who use moodle
I had a look but I can't hurry it up because of the name of the thing, basically.
It will take some investigation, but at the moment it looks too much like an official Moodle service and there are trademark issues. http://moodle.com/trademarks/
In any case the block is really just a few lines that launches your web site .... it's not really clear what happens when you get there.
Cheers
Martin
