Community moderation for Moodle forums. Forum care adds a "Report this post" link to forum posts, letting students flag offensive or inappropriate content with a configurable reason and comment. Teachers review reports in a filterable queue with one-click actions — hide the post, mark it OK, suspend the offender in the course (or site-wide), or mark the report frivolous. Configurable thresholds automate the heavy lifting: heavily reported posts hide themselves, repeat offenders are suspended, and habitual frivolous reporters are quietly blocked. Everything is opt-in per forum, needs no core changes, and ships with privacy support and tests.
