   Fixes the issue raised in the review of 1.0.1: the plugin declared a
   "throttle" cache that nothing in it actually uses, and so had no matching
   cachedef_throttle language string. Rather than name a cache that is never
   created, the definition has been removed - db/caches.php is no longer part
   of the plugin. Thanks for catching it.

   
   


2. 
   

   The course-menu entry and the course page title now read "PDF Checker",
   matching the plugin's own name. They previously read "PDF accessibility",
   which did not correspond to anything the user had clicked.

   
   


3. 
   

   Internal developer comments were tidied out of the shipped code. No
   functional change - the executable code is unchanged.

   
   

Verified on Moodle 5.2.1 and 4.5.12+: no missing language strings on any
screen, php -l clean, moodle-cs reports 0 errors.

1.0.1 fixes two things we found while testing on Moodle 5.2:

1. The plugin no longer pins itself to the 4.5 branch, so Moodle 5.x no longer
   shows a "may not be compatible" notice. Verified on Moodle 5.2.1.


2. Several user-facing messages referred to a Settings tab, an API key and
   remediation - none of which exist in this free checker. Most importantly, a
   site that is not yet registered now explains that registration is automatic
   and requires the site to be reachable from the internet, instead of pointing
   at a settings screen this plugin does not have. The README also pointed to
   Reports; the plugin actually adds its own top-level entry.
