This is exactly what I wanted much better than the default thank you. Was wondering if anyone would know which part of the text file coding you would change to make the the text sizes even bigger?
It works very well. Thank you.
I reminder everyone: you have to change the sittings (Add the new button) from this URL:

الزر يعمل بنجاح، أذكر ، لازم تضيفوا الزر ضمن قائمة الأزرار لكي تظهر في شريط أدوات المحرر من الرابط المذكور في الأعلى. تحياتي للجميع
Adam .. sorry about the delay. Have just upgraded to moodle 2.9 and the problem went away. Hopefully it will also cure another couple of problems.
Tx for taking the trouble.
Peter
Hi Peter,
I have been trying to replicate the problem you are experiencing, but I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Could you please give me more details about the problem and perhaps some instructions on how to test it?
Also, the fontsize plugin is only for resizing text. It will not resize images (including smilies).
Hope this helps!
as it does here smile . when I put in a smiley in using the keyboard ..... is what I meant

Installed the upgrade and it works. Tx.
However... when I selected a smiley smile it just gave me a blank page ?
Smileys were working before the update.
Putting a smile in gave me a smiley when I viewed a page..
Hi Sue,
What you've done there is created a new "group" of buttons with the fontsize button in the group. You could also have added the word fontsize to any of the other groups (separated by commas).
For example: style1 = bold, italic, underline, strike, subscript, superscript, fontsize, morefontcolors, backcolor
Hope this helps,
Adam
I installed in on v.2.9, but had to add "fontsize = fontsize" to make it show up on the Atto toolbar. Is this what I was supposed to do ?
No problem Milhouse! Glad to hear it's working for you.
Hi Adam, my mistake. I just installed the plug-in. I read the documentation and now it is solved. Thanks for your dedication!
Hi Milhouse,
Could you tell me what didn't work? Did the install go OK? Is the button appearing? Does the drop down show allowing you to select a size? Does the output in atto show a tag when in "edit code" mode?
Give me some more details and I'll get it working for you! I tested it in 3 separate Moodles running 2.8 and all went well there...
Cheers!
Hi, It doesn't work on Moodle 2.8 sad
Ladies and Gentlemen. Thank you very much for your patience. The new version of the plugin has now been released and will solve the problem of atto removing fontsize settings upon saving. Please upgrade the plugin at your earliest convenience.
Also looking forward to this plugin working with Atto...
Still the same... mid March and no change... doesn't appear to keep the settings in 2.7 sad
