There is no more info about how to use this plugin????
Hi
I installed this plugin and got the following error:
"Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: Block type admin has been disabled by the administrator"
This is when a learner logs in for the first time and views the course.
Can you please assist?
I just tried to install this plugn, it is asking for an upgrade key, I have no idea where to get that. My Moodle will not move past this screen, please help.
Running that plugin, looks good so far, doing what it's supposed to.
Right now you can only have one trigger for all courses that run auto enrolment. It should be possible to alter the code (well, mostly only names so it doesn't create duplicates, and maybe minor changes to whatever it does in the database) so I can have a second install of that plugin and therefor have different triggers for different courses depending on the plugin version that I chooses for that course, right?! Anyone tried that already?
Could you please explain where I can setup this plugin after installed it? I go to Site Administration -> Plugins ... and what section/name of it? Thx
Hi,
It seems to be impossible to delete this enrolment method from a course once it is added. Will this be resolved in future updates?
Thanks, Catherine
Hi. Just installed and set up this plugin for some courses I had running that used self enrolment but there seems to be a slight bug because when people click on the second course in the list on my Front Page they get auto enrolled in the first course without clicking on it. Any ideas how to fix?
Hi Eugene, very nice plugin. We notice that we're unable to delete an auto_enrol method at the course level. Why is that? We're using Moodle v3.1.7.
Thanks.
Hi Eugene Venter, Is it possible to unenroll a student after a given time, and trigger a warning email as with the manual enrollments?
Hi there. Really like the plugin. We are having one issue however. We are using a Totara site - and if we have sessions for staff to book displayed on the main course page - clicking "sign up" does not trigger the Seminar Activity auto enrolment action. Apart from disabling the ability to display seminar sessions on the main course pages - is there a way for the 'sign up' link to trigger the auto enrolment ?
Many thanks
Hello, would it be possible to upgrade plugin to allow the enrolment of just one type of user accounts? In our case we would only allow to enter shibboleth accounts. All others would get an error message ... We're preparing to sponsor development for this issue.
Hello!
I'd tried to install it, but I got the following error after uploaded it to my moodle server:
Error instaling Validating enrol_auto ... Error
[Error] Write access check [E:\Moodle\dirroot/enrol]
Installation aborted due to validation failure
Hi Eugene,
Are there any instructions on how to use this plugin?
I have installed the plugin and turned it on in the Manage plugins screen.
I am attempting to use the activity enrol feature... I have assumed that if the user completes an activity they will be enrolled into a specified course.
Have I got this correct?
Hope you or others can guide me.
Cheers
Mark
Hi, please upgrade the plugin for 3.2 version. Does this 3.1 version plugin work with 3.2 website?
Hello Eugene,
How do I apply the auto enrol - to courses already set up - in bulk?
Thanks,
Emmett
