Schoolees OpenRouter AI Providers

Schoolees OpenRouter AI Provider adds OpenRouter as an AI Provider for Moodle 5.x AI subsystem. It supports generate_text and summarise_text actions through OpenRouter’s OpenAI-compatible Chat Completions API.
