Modern Enrolment Notifier

Modern Enrolment Notifier turns enrolment follow-up into an automated engine. Rules decide when a message is sent, who receives it, which template renders it and which channel carries it — for new enrolments, expiring or expired access, and course completion.

Messages are queued and delivered by Moodle cron, so enrolment activity stays fast even when mail servers or external endpoints are slow. On that foundation it reaches learners, teachers, managers and line managers, drafts branded templates (optionally with AI), batches digests, fans out to Slack/Teams/webhooks, and logs every send for audit.
