Oauth2 token unlink event

The following plugin allows you to remove emails from linking accounts in moodle with oauth2 services, useful in cases where the linking message was never delivered and the entry is blocked with the user's account, allowing administrator this linking process to be performed again.

The untoken_oauth2 extension allows you to quickly manage the mail account binding tokens where the message never arrived, you simply have to enter the email account waiting for the message with the token and the extension allows you to release that token so you can try again The linking process, remember that the linking token has a validity time.

La extensión token_oauth2 le permite administrar rápidamente los tokens de enlace para intentos de vinculación de las cuentas de correo con oauth2, útil en casos en donde el mensaje nunca llegó, simplemente debe ingresar a la cuenta de correo electrónico y la extensión le permite liberar ese token para que pueda volver a intentar el proceso, recuerde que el token de vinculación tiene un limite de tiempo.
