Hi,
the organizer is developed totally new currently and we hope this new version will be available this year. It will be compatible with Moodle 4.2+ but not with the "old" organizer.
The current organizer version 3.11.5+ with the features you mentioned will be made compatible with Moodle 4.2 in June. Its support will be discontinued 2024.

I have one more time the same question abot features for Moodle 3.11

[FEATURE] #7458: Better grouping of slot overview options
[FEATURE] #7459: deleting an appointment
Would you add this features also for Moodle 4.x?

We just published bug fix version 3.11. of the Organizer plugin for Moodle 3.11 (fixes https://github.com/academic-moodle-cooperation/moodle-mod_organizer/issues/112).

Sorry, but we won't backport the features to Moodle 3.9. It sounds reasonable that the 3.11 version works with Moodle 3.9, but you will have to test it yourself.
