Hello, i'm starting using this plugin, and generally speaking is really interesting and nice to have it.
However i don't know if this is an issue or is intentionally designed, but when i use auto issue certificate on course completion, the accredible dashboard show credentials of users that have a teacher role, not only student role.
Any idea? Maybe i'm doing it the wrong way.
Re: Jason. Accredible badges don't appear in the profile today, they are shown as an activity within courses only. They can be embedded using an iFrame if you're able to customize your profile pages?
I have looked at all of the documentation and videos and can't seem to find an answer to what seems to me a very simple question: Do the Accredible badges appear on the Moodle profile of the recipient? The shortcoming with built-in Moodle badges is they are only visible in the course context in which they are issued. We want badges that can be issued by completion of a particular course, but then be seen site-wide. Is that something Accredible accomplishes, inside of Moodle?
Re: Sergio. We've taken your feature request on board but we don't plan to implement it within the next couple of quarters, I'm sorry that this is disappointing for you. Not every service or product can be a good fit for every user and in our case it seems like we don't have what you're looking for.
There are a couple of incorrect points in your comment that we'd like to politely clear up. Our platform does indeed generate dynamic PDFs (here's an example https://www.credential.net/10000005) and our support satisfaction is consistently above 98% week over week.
Re: Accredible Inc. I still think the same, that Accredible should not even be available in this extensions directory, since it is not possible that it is so basic, it is not able to take basic fields as if the custom certificate plugin does (free), besides the support technical is BAD, with capital letters. The system is not able to generate updated PDF dynamically, too many things that do not work for the Moodle community in this plugin.
Yes.We understand that it is not possible for u,infact for anyone to please everyone..So just relax,u r doing excellent in your field, and yes there are some flaws but i m sure u would solve it as soon as possible,if possible.Regards
Re: Sergio - I'm very sorry that we can't yet implement the feature request that you're asking for. We do appreciate the feedback on our roadmap but please try to understand that we can't expedite every request that we receive.
Be careful with buying Accredible, because it is less powerful than the free Custom Certificate plugin, it is not possible to pick up any field from Moodle, so if you use Moodle and you are looking for something more powerful than Custom Certificate this is not the option you are looking for.
Hi when will the plugin be ready for Moodle 3.6
Please can you screenshot the error and email it to support@accredible.com and let me know what your Moodle version is?
Was able to get it installed but I get a 500 error when I try and save the activity created for it. Just a generic 500 error page. Any ideas on why?
Thanks for the speedy response. Accredible v1.4.11 installs successfully running Moodle 3.4.1+
Thanks Chad! We've just pushed a new version to fix that issue.
G'day Accredible! Unable to successfully install version 1.4.9. Debugging output as follows.
