Hi All - are you on the current version of local_onenote? This was a bug in previous versions but should now be resolved.
Dion, we receive the same error message as well when attempting to submit assignments via OneNote. At this point we're not sure how to fix this error. Were you able to find a good solution?
Hmm, I've managed to setup the connection between office 365 Azure AD and our moodle onsite.
It works as far as login is concerned and the assignment for onenote opens a notebook for the user and creates the page fine but when you click on save back on moodle it gets a "Error reading from Database" Debugging says Table "onenote_assign_pages" does not exist.
Not entirely sure how to go about remedying this problem.
