A new version of this plugin for Moodle 2.6 has been uploaded to the plugins repository. There are no known issues with the new version at this time, but if you do experience a problem please ensure that you submit any issues to tracker.moodle.org.

I really like this advanced grading method, and use it a lot. What i would like to know is, is it possible to be able to download the checklist results eg., to excel? ATM i am having to go and manually copy the checklist and group totals which is not ideal. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Is this something that is being considered for future versions? If so, i will vote for it. Thanks again for developing this tool. I will await your response. Cheers

Hi Byron, the Checklist grading form is just that - a grading form. In order to support peer review, the activity must support it. The workshop module supports peer review, but not advanced grading method. The assignment module supports advanced grading methods, but not peer review. Unfortunately, you will need to request that one (or both) of these features be implemented in the corresponding Moodle activities. For example, you could vote on https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-38721 to implement advanced grading methods in Workshop.

Will this plugin work for groups of students peer-assessing the other members of the group?
It seems that it would be quite appropriate for "peer" assessment.

Version 2.5 of Checklist has been uploaded to the plugins repository. In addition, we've posted the plugin code in Github, which we will be updating in the future prior to availability in the Plugins Repository. Please check there first for updates to new Core versions.

Hey John, if I understand correctly, it sounds like what you're looking for is a mix between Checklist and Marking Guide (http://docs.moodle.org/23/en/Marking_guide). I think the intended use case would actually be a new advanced grading method with features of each. Keep in mind that you can disable showing the score to the student, and you can also utilize grade overrides in the Gradebook, although a new plugin would probably be the most ideal.

Dear Kris,
We're trying to figure out the best way to work with the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program that uses task specific criteria. This checklist method would be perfect for this except the grading in MYP is not done on a point-by-point basis. It's done in sections. So for example for a student to receive a mark of 4/6 they need to satisfy all the criteria in the 3-4 mark band. Is it possible for the checklist add-on to be modified to just have the checklist available for student while allowing the teacher to manually enter a score?
