Hi , i am using the plugin but i am facing two difficulties
1- i want to use it with paid courses so i need the admin approval then the user has to pay before the enrolment
2- i need the user to upload files in the fields i already added them but when the user tries to upload he receives error saying 'course or activity not available '

I am using on 3.8.4 and everything seems to be working fine except for one thing. It appears that I can set as a global option the user(s) who can approve enrolments. However, that doesn't seem to work. I have to use however a manager or teacher in each course to be able to handle the requests. Am I missing something? Thanks!

I am using the enrol_apply_moodle37_2019120400 plugin, and I would like your help on how to translate a form, as I have already looked at the .php /enrol/apply/manage.php and I cannot find the "postpone requests" function, I have analyzed the language file and I cannot find it. Is it possible to help me?

I had the same issue. Took me a long time to figure this one out. The answer is that the settings you need to fix are in the course settings rather than site settings
Go to course administration -> users -> enrolment methods -> signup. There you will see the same settings that you change to NO

For some reason am not able hide profile fields of user from enrolment page !
Settings are set to not to show( Site administration>Plugins>EnrolmentsCourse enrol confirmation).
Show standard user profile fields on enrolment screen: NO
Show extra user profile fields on enrolment screen: NO
Needless to say it gives a complicated enrolment experience to student . Any help here ? I am on moodle 3.8.

Hello Flotter,
We have a latest version of the plugin installed on Moodle 3.5. The settings "Show standard user profile fields on enrolment screen" and "Show extra user profile fields on enrolment screen" are set to "No" through Site administration>Plugins>Enrolments>Course enrol confirmation, however, all those fields are still visible on the enrolment screen. Could you please look into it for us?

Thank you for this great Plugin! I think that it would be very useful if the time that new enrol requests are allowed could be restricted. There is a setting that is "allow new course enrol requests". If this could be automatically set to "no" after an adjustable period of time, it would be awesome

Hello Flotter,
As stated in the above thread that "Admin approves enrollment application (or cancels it)" I have a usecase where in my organization there are is a reporting manager for each user mapped in LDAP how can I have them mapped direcly in moodle so instead of admin the manager approves their enrollment request.

Is there a plan to make this plugin multilang-compatible? I refer to messages sent in response to request to enroll. There is only a single input field and it does not handle multilang format. Some plugins have mail templates as part of language files, eliminating this issue altogether (they can be edited in the local language files).
