I have uninstalled the Progress Bar and replace it with Completion Progress.
You stated,

How to offer the student a resubmission?
I have the assignment activities config'd such that the student can submit unlimited. If the student removes his submission for an assignment, the progress bar still shows yellow for that assignment indicating a submission has been made. How to get a cell on the progress bar to revert from yellow (submitted) back to blue (not submitted)?
So uninstall the Progress plugin, install and config the Completion Progress plugin?
Can you point me in the right direction to "offer the student a resubmission." Is that a setting in the assignment activity.

The Progress Bar looks at the assignment activity's submission records as there can be resubmissions. In your case, I suggest you offer the student a resubmission rather than removing something from the Gradebook.
Also, I recommend you move towards the Completion Progress block, which is effectively the new version of this plugin and is being maintained still.

I have enabled the "Show submitted before action" option for each assignment I am monitoring in the bar. This is useful as a way for students to let me know I should look at their work.
Is it possible to 'reject' a submission such that the associated item in the progress bar goes back to red (indicating to the student they should submit again)?
If I edit the student's submission in the gradebook and delete the submitted file, it has no affect on the progress bar (still shows orange), and the Activity Status in the gradebook remains "Submitted for grading".
I guess the question is, how to set the Activity Status back to "No submission"?
I'm no longer supporting this plugin. I suggest you try the Completion Progress block.
I'm considering creating an export from the Overview page for the Completion Progress block...

We're looking trying to pull a report off from the Progress Bar, where is this data stored? We can't find progress bar table.

If none of the activities are visible to the user, then they will not appear in the bar. If you want them to be shown in the course and on the bar you need to change the visibility of the activity in the restriction settings.
By the way, I'm no longer supporting this plugin. I suggest you try the Completion Progress block.

but i may have found a bug, i could not see progress bar when the plugin "Restriction by Activeties" is working, it will look like this :

Could you please create an issue in the Tracker (tracker.moodle.org) and elaborate on what you mean by a link. If you can create a set of replication steps there, that would help.

thanks for your hard work. I like the module very much.
I'm not quite sure but think I found a bug.
I prepared a link in the course and set the expected time limit to a certain date and time in the progress bar configuration block.
The problem seems to be that users can use the link after the dead line. Their results are marked as successfully passed (green) in the progress bar.
I think this is wrong, because the monitoring of the excerises should indicate the delay ( => not passing the task within the expected time).
The progress bar should keep the red (not successfully passed) sign.

I've submitted an issue in the Tracker.
Adding an alt attribute on the image in the details section makes sense. Can you please create an issue in the Tracker so I don't forget to work on that? I'll also try with a more common screen reader.

I've been testing it with Mac OS X Voice Over in Safari. When using the screenreader it reads all activities in progress bar and what shall be done in order to complete it, however it doesn't read the completion status for any of the activities (whether I completed the activity or not). Adding alt attributes to cross and tick icons fixes this.

I'm not aware of what the H5P activities do, but this is possible if they store information in the database. You can add new entries into the lib.php file.
You could also try the new block that I'm working on that relies on actvity completion...

I wonder if this great plugin can also follow H5P-activities (based on score or "finished"). That would be great!
