You can do the same in a more practical way, you can add an HTML Block to the Content in the Personal Area, make it available to everyone, and play with the different pre-designed alerts that Bootstrap includes in the same theme, in this way I have used it, and I get good results.

I am using 3.10.01 and facing a small issue that when the let navbar drawer closed, we can scroll the course session.
A maximum of 8-10 sessions are showing depends the screen size, but unable to scroll from 1 till last session
But when the drawer is open, it showing all course session and we are able to scroll the navigation bar. but its selecting only the fist session as we pointing the mouse to the session, its selecting all sessions like a single session. But when the drawer closed, its selecting sections independently, but cannot see all sessions
for any solution.

There is a problem with the navbar and it is that having several add-ons in the courses, for example a mod_Certified, this is superimposed on the accessibility button and does not allow the mobility of these elements.

Yes, I pretend to keep updating the theme.
As you can see, the theme was launch in 2017, and from there I've adding versions for all Moodle Versions.
The next Moodle version will be 4.0, with a lot of modifications on UI and UX modifications. So, for this version, I think I will have too much work to do, but I absolutely will add a version of Moove for this version too.
