No JS files are loading from local folder(checked permissions) in any page.

Datatable is not working anywhere with Moove theme. Is there anything related to theme? Before it was working.

Moodle translations to different languages ​​is done in Moodle Lang. The developers write labels (strings) that we are collaborators must identify and place in the languages ​​we are working with. For example, I collaborate with the translations to Spanish Colombia with other people, if this translation goes wrong it is the responsibility of us translators, not of the developers. Right now I am translating this template.
You can sign up for the translation groups and suggest the relevant changes, they will pass to approval and then you will see the correct labels in your language.

Willan,...re-installed, cleaned the cache, but the header part of the web page for 3.5 shows up blank.
