This is a block so needs to go into /blocks/ rather than the /mods/ folder

I had problems with the block. I'm using Moodle 2.2.1+ (Build: 20120213). I pasted the folder in the block folder of Moodle, but I can see in the Notifications...

I'm new to Moodle and tried this plugin as the first one to install. After uploading it to /mods/ , unzipping and upgrading through the notifications page, it says
