The 3.10/3.11 version (2021042900) appears to work fine in 3.9, as well. My only issue at the moment is with the sorting of the Origin and Destination drop-down list. I really do wish it was alphabetical, rather than by category ID. We have so many categories, it's difficult to find. Alternatively, if the ID was shown at the beginning of the name, it would still be easier (e.g. 1234 / Category Name).

There were a problem with this plugin on 3.10 and 3.11, uploaded a new version for these Moodle releases. (Thank you Andrea Pietro Briganti for helping to debug...)

Hello, I installed this plugin on moodle 3.11. It doesn't work anymore. Because it is something very helpful, it will be great if it can be updated : Yedida, can you do something?

Andrea, I don't know specifically about this plugin when it comes to Announcements, but I have found the same issue when I use the "upload courses" tool with CSV file uploads. Usually, I'm copying an existing course and I often (if not always) end up with double Announcements and have to delete the extra.

Hi, after a very first test the plugin seems to work well. However, I would like to inform you that the new category contains announcements (empty) even if the original course has none. Can you maybe check this?
