Hi,
It's work with all database supported by Moodle; you can use PostgreSQL.
The tips section is only for "information". So you can adapt the tips to your configuration.

In section "The database is too slow." all the links points to "mysql.com" and I am using PostgreSQL.

Thanks Mickaël for sharing the report with the Moodle community. I can understand it may be useful in certain situations, e.g. to warn about not suitable hosting environment for Moodle or to compare two different environments. I can see a space for improvements in particular tests - some of them don't quite match with the real world performance bottle-necks imho. Others are quite useful though, such as the login time.

Apart from the coding style violations reported above, I spotted some tiny issues you may want to address in a future version of the plugin. I reported them into your bug tracker. None of them look like approval blocker though, so I am happy to publish the plugin now. You are cleared to land, welcome to the Plugins directory!
