Hello, are you sure the mails are sent even when the activity is deleted?
An adhoc task is created when you delete the activity, and it should clear every occurrence in custommailing and customailing_mailing tables.
If your cron is running regularly, this issue should not occurs.

Hi, I am using this very useful plugin. But I have two mailings. One for when a user is enrolled in the course and then one mailing for when someone has launched a scorm but hasn't finished it. I click on the option to send mail 1 day after last launch, click save but then when i check again the settings the send option is unmarked. Is it a bug? I tried creating a new mailing but I have the same issue. Please help!

Instead of members of groups, I would like to send invitations to members of Moodle cohorts. The setting of "Restrict access", in which I have defined the target cohorts, is unfortunately not evaluated in the custom mailing activity when sending. Is it possible to take this into consideration? Thank you anyway.

I've encountered an issue with the latest version of the plugin (v1.1.2) on Moodle version 4.1.6. (20231009)
The "Send mailing" parameter does not save when creating a new notification.
All other settings seem to work fine, but whenever I save and revisit the notification setup,
the "Send mailing" option has reverted to its default state and is not retained.
This prevents any mailings from being sent as configured.
Could you please look into this? Thank you!

I installed the plugin but it does not work, No email are seeded.
I create an email test and selected after 1 day
I create a user and add this user to the courses
and never receive the email after 1 day neither 2 nor 3 ...
I did the same for email at the inscription and nothing
Is there something I do wrong?
Do I have to select somme setting in Moodle?
