Hi M Khairul, thanks for your questions. The most recent version of Sertifier Certificates & Badges plugin is available for Moodle 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, 4.0, 4.1. You can install it if you are using one of these versions of Moodle.
