Shibboleth Link

This is an extension to the normal shibboleth authentication plugin and allows users to decide if they want to have a new account created based on their shibboleth login, or if they want to link the shibboleth-login to an existing account.

This is an interesting plugin but unfortunately the documentation seems to be lacking. If I understand it correctly it depends on the builtin auth/shibboleth and some other enabled auth plugin. But how this plugin activates? If I had a manual account before and now I want to login with Shibboleth account and both accounts have the same e-mail then it should work as advertised? Or am I missing something?
