I hope you're doing well.
We have been using your plugin successfully in Totara for many years. However, after upgrading to a recent Totara version, it appears that the plugin is no longer compatible.
I wanted to ask whether the plugin is still actively maintained and if you have any plans for future updates.
More specifically, have you developed, or are you planning to develop, a version that is compatible with recent Totara releases? As you probably know, Totara has followed its own development path since Moodle 3.4.9, so compatibility with newer Totara versions can be difficult sometimes.
We really appreciate the plugin and would love to continue using it if possible, so we'd be very interested to hear whether Totara support is on your roadmap.

I fear your knowledge of Moodle is substantially lacking when it comes to plugin installation.
It's an admin tool, it shouldn't even be pasted in to Moodle's "mod" folder but in "admin/tool".
I tried this in 4.2 and got the follow error Exception - syntax error, unexpected token "<".
Due to no install instructions i just unzip the folder and pasted TCPDFfonts folder into moodle's mod folder
Please see the comments on CONTRIB-8693- the review process on your plugin are blocked until this is resolved.
