Since our update to Panopto 6.0 this button does no longer seem to work. This is the error we are getting (also reported on Github):
Not Found
The requested URL /Panopto/Pages/Sessions/EmbeddedUpload.aspx was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
