Is an upgrade to version 4 planned for the future? I've just installed it for testing, and it seems to have worked. The logs indicate that the tool successfully downloaded and installed the language pack as a zip file. However, it does not appear in the moodledata/lang/ directory. It seems something is going wrong somewhere.
