Privacy information: This activity does not store any personal information itself. The whiteboard providers (MIRO, Conceptboard) do collect data though and they are external services which may or may not be ok to use in your scenario. Platform owners/administrators should first check wether MIRO and/or Conceptboard can be used. In order to use the tools, teachers (or the organisation) need an account there, so any legal / data privacy aspects should be clarified and dealt with prior to integrating one of the solutions. The Whiteboard activiy simply makes it easier. We have chosen MIRO and Conceptboard to be supported initially because MIRO is one of the most popular solutions at the moment and states itself that it fully complies with the EU GDPR, CCPA and the UK GDP. Conceptboard is a Germany based solution, which also states that it's GDPR compliant, ISO 27001 certified and hosted in Germany.
