Hi Jeff. Have you added it to the default profile page? see https://docs.moodle.org/402/en/User_profiles#Default_profile_page
Currently, there are no settings, the plugin displays all competencies.

I have added the block as an Admin, but students can not see the block. Also, is there any settings or configuration for this block, or will it just show everything?
