Thanks for sharing this question type. I was able to test the basic functionality and the overall look and feel is really impressive from maths education perspective.

There were just minor debugging messages thrown (related to underlying common question type base plugin) which I reported to your tracker. I did not notice any apparent issues with the code itself apart from unusual wrsqz prefix for the functions (https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Plugin_contribution_checklist#Namespace_collisions). But that prefix is at least used consistently across all your plugins so I do not see it as a blocker.

This is cleared to be approved once all other plugins from the set are being reviewed.
