I can recreate your error.
It occurs when you have installed the plugin "enrol_ibob" and not the other plugin, "local_ibob".
As I wrote in the description above, you need to install both plugins.

Hi, I installed the plugin on Moodle 4.5 and activated it. However, when I select the enrolment method in the course, I get the following error: 'Exception – Class "local_ibob\ibob_badges" not found'.
I tested it on two platforms and with different badges: Moodle’s standard badges and Open Badge Factory. Can you help me?
