My Course
This plugin block is a redesign of the Moodle course overview block.
It organizes courses into corresponding years based on the course start date.
In the new release, we introduce new settings that allow users to choose whether to display the course image and category information. The settings are configurable and can be toggled on or off as per user preference. This enhances the user's ability to customize their view.
TODO:
- Navigate to
Site Administration > Plugins > Blocks > My Course.
- Enter the year value up to which you need the tabs to be built. By default, tabs will be built up to the year 2020.
Installing via uploaded ZIP file
- Log in to your Moodle site as an admin and go to Site administration >
Plugins > Install plugins.
- Upload the ZIP file with the plugin code. You should only be prompted to add
extra details if your plugin type is not automatically detected.
- Check the plugin validation report and finish the installation.
Installing manually
The plugin can be also installed by putting the contents of this directory to
{your/moodle/dirroot}/blocks/mycourse
Afterwards, log in to your Moodle site as an admin and go to Site administration >
Notifications to complete the installation.
Alternatively, you can run
$ php admin/cli/upgrade.php
to complete the installation from the command line.
