it’s a neat add-on if you want a quick snapshot of how your site holds up accessibility-wise without diving into full reports. The fact that it ties into the Brickfield toolkit makes it more than just a static checklist you can jump straight into fixing flagged issues. For admins and course designers, that’s a time-saver and keeps accessibility from being an afterthought.

As mentioned in this plugin's description, the purpose of the Accessibility Overview Block is to show you what various Accessibility features are possible on your Moodle site.
It provides links to help a site administration to register for the free Accessibility Toolkit (in core Moodle), or to do further research on the Accessibility+ Toolkit, which is a commercial version with many more features and added services.
