This is a custom user profile field plugin to add custom field with radio button.

1. Allows to create user custom profile field with radio button.

Moodle 4.1 and above

1. Download the zip file from GitHub repository or Moodle plugin directory.
2. Extract the zip file and copy to /user/profile/field/ folder or Install it from Moodle's install plugin admin feature.
