Defines the action that is validated before displaying the message. The options are: mod_data, mod_feedback, mod_page, session.
Each precondition type has its own configuration parameters.
The user will see a pop-up window with the precondition message until the set condition is met.
Multiple conditions can be stacked in a context by adding multiple blocks.
