Version 1.1 of Moodle Question Bank Bulktags Aug 2025

Added an "AI Suggestions" feature which is disabled by default.
When enabled it adds a new button labeled "Get AI Suggestions" and
a count text field. If an external AI system is configured it will
return suggested tags. To read more see
