Openbook resource folder

Files can be collected and published via the Openbook resource folder activity and thus made available to owner (and everyone) in a Moodle course, and especially during exams, also supporting PDF.js and secure window.
Students upload files (for personal use, or for the whole class if admitted), teacher then approve the files.
