ezXlate : API for external translation pipelines

The EzGlobe local_ezxlate plugin provides an API for extracting and updating translatable content in Moodle, including courses, sections, activities, questions, and tags. It enables organisations to automate large-scale translation workflows and seamlessly integrate Moodle content with EzGlobe and other external translation systems.
