Hi,
1. No it bypasses Moodle badge awarder entirely. So it awards badges using separate tables and logic.
2. The Ascend admin dashboards and functions are accessible via the main Moodle Site Administration. Go to Plugins and scroll down to Local Plugins. You will be able to see the 3 x Ascend admin links. I. Ascend Rewards - to adjust reward values II. Admin Dashboard with analytics and other data and to make manual awards. III. The Badge Audit Trail - with audit data. I trust this helps.

Install was very easy and no configuration required. Graphics and UI are fantastic. Does it register badges in the main Moodle badge register? How do access the admin dashboard to see the analytics and audit results? I can't seem to find these features/links on the plugin page
