Exa AI Feedback

exaaifeedback is a Moodle activity plugin that builds on the familiar Moodle Feedback activity and adds AI-supported evaluation of submitted responses. Trainers can collect feedback, reflections, or other learner input and then use an AI prompt to analyse, aggregate, and summarise the submitted data.

The generated feedback is not published automatically. Instead, exaaifeedback follows a human-in-the-loop approach: trainers can review, adapt, and approve the AI-generated result before making it available to users. This makes the plugin suitable for educational settings where transparency, pedagogical control, and responsible use of AI are important.

Because the plugin works with data collected inside Moodle, exaaifeedback also supports data sovereignty considerations. Institutions can use Moodle-based feedback data in a structured way while keeping control over how AI is used, what is analysed, and what is released to learners. The activity offers a simple workflow for combining learner feedback, AI-assisted analysis, and trainer-led quality assurance.
