Overview

Quiz Download is a Moodle quiz report sub-plugin that enables authorized teaching staff to export a quiz, including its correct answers, as a professionally formatted PDF.

The plugin is designed for:

• internal quality assurance


• external accreditation and audit processes

It is designed to generate an encrypted and protected PDF of the quiz structure and the stored correct answers by a 6-character access key. This export:

• includes watermarking for traceability,


• restricts copy, paste, and printing functions for security purposes, and


• excludes all student attempts, responses, grades, and analytics.

Access Control

Access is strictly enforced using Moodle’s capability system:

Installation

1. 
   

   Place the plugin in: /mod/quiz/report/downloadquiz

   
   


2. 
   

   Log in as administrator

   
   


3. 
   

   Navigate to: Site administration ' Notifications

   Complete the installation process

   Navigate to: Site administration ' Plugins ' Activity Modules ' Quiz ' Download quiz with answers ' click "Create required role"

   Click on: "Open time access management"

   
   

Usage

1. 
   

   Open a quiz in Moodle

   Navigate to: Quiz ' Results

   If authorized, choose Download Quiz with answers

   
   
   
   
   • Insert an access key of at least 6 characters, 1 number, and 1 capital letter
   
   
   • Click on Send quiz as PDF by email
   
   
   
   

The PDF will be generated securely, email to the user and protected with the access key.

P.S. If user is not authorized, the report will not be visible or accessible
