This information is used to support activity completion, reporting, and teacher/admin review of student engagement. If AWS-based uploaded video workflows are configured, video files and related media processing may use external AWS services such as Amazon S3 and AWS MediaConvert. Site administrators are responsible for configuring AWS storage, access permissions, retention, and privacy settings according to their organisation’s policies.
